Welcome to Nutrition Made Simple—a program built to help you create lasting habits without overcomplicating things. Here’s how it works:

  • Weekly Content Drops: Every Monday, the week’s lessons and challenges unlock. You’ll have the week to go through them at your own pace. At the end of the week, submit a quick survey to confirm you’ve completed everything and lock in your entry for prizes.

  • Friday Recaps: Each Friday, I’ll post a short video to wrap up the week, answer questions, and share additional tips so you can keep moving forward.

Prizes and Incentives

We’re keeping things simple, but rewarding your progress along the way:

  • Weekly Lunch Prizes: A few participants each week will win lunch on me at local spots. Use it as a chance to enjoy yourself and practice what you’ve learned—balance is the goal here.

  • Grand Prize PTO: Complete all four weeks, including the surveys, and you’ll be entered to win paid time off. It’s progress you can take to the bank.
