How do I choose the right training plan?

  • Running Plan – For those aiming to run the full 5 miles.

  • Walking Plan – For participants planning to walk the entire race.

  • Run-Walk Option – Start with the Running Plan and adjust as needed by adding walking intervals.

Can I switch between the Running and Walking plans?
Yes! Adjust as needed based on how you feel.

What if I miss a workout?
No problem—just pick up where you left off. Consistency is key.

Is strength training required?
